Tool Design is essential to the manufacturability and efficiency of the production. Our engineering team with personnel having experience as long as 20 years, locally and abroad, in the area of tooling concept unable us to be strong in R&D and Design of our tools. We provide value-added services to our customers right at the very beginning stage in product design. We strive to integrate with our customers’ quest to be more high-tech.
With miniaturization trend of electronics gadgets, there is no escape for the metal components lie within. With our capability of producing consistency and high accuracy, we are able to manufacture very fine component as accurate as 10 micron. We also understand the importance of being high-speed because the electronics products nowadays have fast replace rate. Our machines are able to run to a speed close to a thousand strokes per minute.
We are proud to be the only such manufacturer in the Northern Peninsular Malaysia and one of the few in the South East Asia region equipped with precision high-speed progressive stamping facilities, in-house R&D and tool design capabilities and plating facilities all under one roof. |
