Fine Precision Progressive Parts are used in core mechanism especially moving parts due to its robustness and durability. It is our core product. We also Re-Engineered some of machining parts to be stamped progressive using our in-house engineering capability. We had successfully made some products for Disk drive industries, where their original components are machine and we make them by stamping it out. This has thus reduced their COST significantly.
IC Leadframe is an intermediate component of the semiconductors industries. Leadframe is a miniature sheet of metal, general copper, which pattern comprising a center pad and Input/Output leads has been stamp out. The stamp precision Leadframe requires very tight tolerance in microns, especially for its packaging. Leadframe are used in DRAM’s, memory chips microprocessor, transistors, LED’s and etc.
Interconnect Terminals are also intermediate components of the semiconductors industries, but it covers wide range, like telecommunications, transmission, digital and many more. Connector’s terminals are miniature metal piece, general made of copper, brass, phosphorous bronze and SPC materials. Connectors are typically used in PDA, Television, Computers, Cell phone, Digital cameras and etc.
Piece Parts are also one of our products to facilitate the request of some of our customers. They are related products in the same industry, particularly for electronics and electrical components. We design and stamp high quality precision piece parts. |
